I have taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels at several different institutions, including Loughborough University, the University of Warwick and the University of Leicester. Details appear below.
Undergraduate
I have taught on the following modules at Loughborough University: ‘Drawing: Discourses and Debates’, ‘Introduction to Modern and Contemporary Art and Design’ and ‘Visual Culture: Histories and Theories’.
I have also supervised undergraduate Art and Design dissertations.
At the University of Leicester, I have taught on the first year Archaeology and Ancient History module ‘Thinking through Things’.
Postgraduate
I lead the ‘Museums and Heritage’ module in the Centre for Cultural and Media Policy Studies at the University of Warwick.
I have taught on the ‘Collections Management’ module for the MA/MSc Museum Studies and MA Art Museum and Gallery Studies programmes at the University of Leicester.
I have also supervised postgraduate Museum Studies dissertations and was Programme Leader for the MA/MSc in Museum Studies, by distance learning (2012).
Postgraduate Research
At the University of Leicester, I have tutored doctoral students with additional English-language needs.
