I was recently commissioned by The Conversation, to write a short article about the Art Fund Museum of the Year Prize. It was posted yesterday and has already been tweeted 13 times and read by getting on for 300 people – now that’s what I call impact!

I can thoroughly recommend that people sign up to The Conversation, by the way. Its general premise is to present academic research in an accessible way. And if you’re asked to write something, do it! It was a great experience; the writing interface is fantastic and has an in-built readability index. An all-round excellent exercise in writing clearly and concisely for a general audience.
